Mechanical rotary-brush drum filter is a typical fine drum filter cleaning machine, which is suitable for fine water filtration in urban sewage, waterworks, power plants, textiles, leather, pharmaceutical, food, paper making and other water intakes. Working Principles

After it’s driven by the motor, the sprocket and the chain move by the deceleration of the reducer, and the slag brush fixed on the slewing chain sweeps the dirt on the surface of the filter screen from the bottom up and down under the traction of the chain, and then unloads the slag through discharge port. Small amount of dirt attached to the plate brush is removed by the rotating round brush to complete the separation process; the dirt in the water is intercepted when the liquid passes through the wedge wire filter, and the liquid flows through the gap of the wedge filter, and the entire working state continuous cycle.
