Product Introduction
TPZF combined air flotation Machine consists of air floatation tank, dissolved air system, dissolved air return pipeline, dissolved air water release device, scraping device (combined, driving and chain plate according to user needs) and electric control cabinet. In the water supply and drainage treatment process, solid and liquid separation technology and machine are one of the key projects. Air flotation is one of the most effective methods for the removal of tiny suspended particles with a specific gravity close to that of water.
The equipment is suitable for white water
pulp recovery and water reuse of paper
industry, removal of various heavy metal ions, refinery wastewater, oil pollution
separation, impurities in tannery wastewater, color and impurities of printing
and dyeing wastewater, various biological treatment, biological mud film
Solid-liquid separation, sludge concentration (The treatment capacity is
30%-50% of machines capacity), etc.
Working Principle
Air-floating separation technology means that air and water are dissolved in water under a certain working pressure, and the air is dissolved in a state of saturation. Then, the formed pressure-dissolved water is released by decompression, and a large amount of fine bubbles are generated. It is in full contact with the suspended flocs in the water, so that the suspended flocs in the water adhere to the micro-bubbles, and float to the surface with the bubbles, forming into scum and then scraping it off, thereby purifying the water.
Air floatation mainly acts as a
solid-liquid separation (while reducing COD, BOD, chromaticity, etc.). The
flocculant PAC or PAM is added to the raw water, and after the effective
flocculation reaction (the time, the amount of the flocculant and the
flocculation effect must be determined by the experiment), the raw water enters
the combined air-floating contact zone. In this zone, the micro-bubbles in the
dissolved air and the flocs in the raw water adhere to each other and enter the
separation zone together. Under the action of the buoyancy of the bubbles, the
flocs rise together with the bubbles to the liquid surface to form into scum.
The scum is scraped by the scraper to the sludge zone. The lower layer of clean
water flows through the collecting pipe to the clear water pool. Some of the
water is re-circulated for use in the dissolved air system and the other part
is discharged.
